The East Utica Classic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving the Utica, New York community for over 13 years. The committee was founded by Joey Cracchiolo and Rocco Cornacchia, and now includes Anthony Faccioli, Mike DeFazio, and John Goff. Our mission continues to be to help local children and families in financial need due to medical difficulties in the area. We are proud to say that our organization has donated over $100,000 to local families since its establishment.
The most common question we always get is, what is the East Utica Classic? Is it a golf tournament? Is it a gala? Is it a volleyball tournament? Is it a poker tournament? The East Utica Classic is not any one of those things. However, our organization started out as a small idea in Paul's Pub to play some golf amongst friends, but has grown to become the biggest and best golf tournament in the area. Great moments are born from great opportunities, and that’s exactly what we did. We seized the opportunity to help others. The East Utica Classic is generosity, it’s commitment, it’s loyalty to your community. It’s the excitement you have at home getting ready for our events and the energy you arrive with. The East Utica Classic is a group of brothers who came together to do everything they could, to help people in our community, who just need some help.
We understand that medical expenses can be overwhelming and believe that providing financial support will alleviate some of the stress, therefore we can’t thank our families, generous sponsors, and dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to make all of our East Utica Classic events a success. We would not be able to consistently meet and exceed our goals without the incredible support of our community.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. We remain committed to helping local families in need and hope to continue to grow and make a positive impact for children and families in the Utica, NY community.
